Maureen Hackett
Senior Consultant, Horticulture and Landscape Design

Maureen Hackett works closely with Bryant Park and 34th Street Partnership to create elegant and appealing urban landscapes year-round. She has also lent her expertise to a variety of BRV projects, including: Military Park in Newark, NJ; Harbor Point in Stamford, CT; Titletown in Green Bay, WI; The Charles Hotel in Boston, MA; and Church Street Park in Nashville, TN.

Maureen’s company, Hackett Landscape Design, is an award winning firm which specializes in design development and building of high end residential and municipal projects such as New York’s Bryant Park and Herald and Greeley Squares. Emphasis is on attention to detail and taking every aspect of the site and architecture into consideration when planning the most elegant and functional use of the landscape.

Maureen holds a degree in Horticultural Sciences from Oregon State University and is a Registered Soil Scientist with the USDA, Soil Conservation Service. She has been a guest speaker and lecturer at The New York Botanic Garden, The Brooklyn Botanic Garden, The New York Horticulture Society, Suffolk County Community College, The Bronxville Adult School, and the NYC Bid Association.
