BRV is working for Hutensky Capital Partners on design review and programming for Town Square Wheaton. BRV has worked with design firm OKW to ensure that the redesign can host amenities, periodic programs, and large-scale events for the people of Wheaton.

During the late Summer and Fall of 2025, Wheaton Town Square hosted a pilot program series consisting of art classes, dance classes, and a giant lawn games tournament led by BRV. BRV has also provided Hutensky Capital Partners with a programming plan for Town Square Wheaton that will energize the public space year-round.
