BRV worked for Hutensky Capital Partners on design review and programming for Town Square Wheaton in 2024 and 2025. As part of the process, BRV worked with design firm OKW to ensure that the redesign could host amenities, periodic programs, and large scale events for visitors of the Square.

During the late summer and fall of 2025, Wheaton Town Square hosted a pilot program series consisting of an art class, dance class, and giant lawn games tournament which was lead by BRV.

BRV also provided Hutensky Capital Partners with a programming plan for the future that will energize the public space year-round.
