BRV was hired by Howard Hughes Corporation in 2022 to assist in the creation of a programming plan that would activate key areas throughout the Ward Village neighborhood in Honolulu, targeting the needs and desires of the surrounding community and attracting new users into the neighborhood. In addition, BRV helped tailor the physical design, amenities, and future programming for Victoria Ward Park, which includes two new green spaces in the heart of the district. 

Completed in 2026, these parks have become a go-to destination for leisure and recreation, offering daily programming as well as special events to appeal to residents and visitors alike.
