On a team headed by Edward D. Stone Associates (EDSA), BRV created a comprehensive revenue plan, governance structure recommendations, an implementation strategy, programming plans, and accompanying estimates for a planned regional park encompassing the entirety of Virginia Key, an island off the cost of Miami.
