Beginning in March 2017, BRV has partnered with the Blue Grass Community Foundation to transform the Town Branch Park concept plan into reality. Over the course of the project, BRV has closely worked with landscape design firm, SCAPE, to further develop their conceptual landscape design into a refined plan for the future Town Branch Park. BRV has also created a programming plan and worked with local cultural institutions to bring exciting programming to the future park. To ensure the park’s future success, BRV has also worked with BGCF to create a governance plan, execute a capital fundraising strategy, and develop revenue-generating assets in Town Branch Park.
