International real estate firm Hines hired BRV to consult on the design, operations, and programming of a 1-acre elevated park that would span the distance between two new mixed-use towers in downtown Toronto. BRV developed a programming plan and worked closely with local landscape architects Public Work to mold the design into an achievable and programmable park. At the same time, BRV created operating budgets and devised future revenue generation strategies to contribute to the long-term financial independence of the public space.
