BRV was hired by Lowe Enterprises to consult on the design and programming of a 1.3 acre park located in the core of a mixed-use, transit-oriented development.

In addition to a comprehensive programming plan, BRV provided guidance on operations, sanitation, and security, assisted with retail and concession leasing strategies, and participated in public meetings during the entitlement process.
