As part of the reconstruction of Interstate 10 in Downtown El Paso, BRV worked for the Paso Del Norte Community Foundation in 2025 on a plan for operations, maintenance, and revenue generation for a future 6.5-acre deck park that will connect Downtown with surrounding communities. This new park will enhance downtown El Paso’s already impressive downtown, create further economic growth, and become a hub for community programming.
