BRV was retained by Beacon Capital to provide a complete a placemaking assessment of the public space at AMA Plaza (330 N. Wabash) in Chicago. The plaza is adjacent to, and offers great views of, the Chicago River.

BRV assessed the current space as it pertains to programming needs, and provided Beacon with recommendations for permanent and semi-permanent placemaking improvements to revitalize the currently underutilized space. The assessment included a study of the site’s design and infrastructure needed to support programming recommendations, along with a basic programming plan for the plaza.
