BRV was hired by the City and County of Honolulu to create a new master plan to reimagine Ala Moana Regional Park as a world-class beachfront park. The  emphasis of the master planning effort is to create a comprehensive programming scheme, financially sustainable operating plan, and governance structure for a reimagined park that will continue to serve as a prime destination  for Honolulu residents.
