Ben Donsky is the Vice President at BRV Corp in the New York office. Mr. Donsky has worked on public space and urban redevelopment projects in New York City, Los Angeles, Miami, and Atlanta, among many other cities. Most recently, he has redeveloped the historic Military Park in Newark, New Jersey for Prudential and Sen. Cory Booker’s mayoral administration; built the largest Wi-Fi network in New York City in partnership with Google; created and launched the programming and operations of the new Klyde Warren Park in downtown Dallas; and served as a key advisor to the State of New York on the redevelopment of the Buffalo waterfront. His clients have included leading mixed-use real estate developers, city and state economic development corporations, and various park conservancies throughout the United States. He also serves as Vice President of the Military Park Partnership.
Prior to joining BRV, Mr. Donsky advised municipalities and developers on transit-oriented development, parking development, and parking management.
Mr. Donsky holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School at Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies from Brown University.
