Ben Donsky is the Vice President of BRV. Mr. Donsky managed the firm’s efforts creating Klyde Warren Park (Dallas), writing and executing a business plan for Levy Park (Houston), rethinking the management and programming of Canalside (Buffalo), and redeveloping the historic Military Park (Newark), among many other projects. Most recently, he managed the firm’s work at Titletown for the Green Bay Packers; built the largest Wi-Fi network in New York City in partnership with Google and the fastest public Wi-Fi network in the country in Newark; and negotiated the city of Indianapolis’s first-ever private management agreement for a park. His work at BRV has received awards from the Urban Land Institute, International Downtown Association, and American Planning Association, among others. He also serves as Vice President of the Military Park Partnership.
Prior to joining BRV, Mr. Donsky advised municipalities and developers on transit-oriented development, parking development, and parking management.
He holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School at Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies from Brown University.
