BRV analyzed and made recommendations for the redevelopment of a plaza and adjacent surface parking lots into an active urban park in the neighborhood of Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh. This included recommendations for the physical design and programming of the park, the preparation of expense and revenue budgets for the new park, and suggestions as to how to implement the plan.

Schenley Plaza opened in June 2006.
