In 2005 and 2006, BRV created the schematic programming design and a staffing plan, and also made revenue, governance, and management recommendations for a new park being built on a deck over the Woodall Rodgers Expressway in downtown Dallas.

BRV was brought back in late 2010, after construction started, to implement programming, advise on staffing and operations, help develop a restaurant in the park, and raise the last round of funding for the park's amenities. The park opened in October of 2012 with a full slate of daily programming and amenities.

BRV continues to consult on programming, events, revenue generation, and park operations.
